In the mean time, you can use a car cover when the car is parked to keep the rain
out.
You may also have a leak in the windshield or around the door. You need to check
the car out. Have a friend spray water on only the suspected areas and look for
water coming into the car. The intake box is easy to test. I would then check
the windshield. If there is no leak there take a look at the seals around the
passenger door. Finally, I would check the sun roof.
I suppose you could duct tape all of the suspected leak points and if the leaks
stops pull the tape off from one point at a time until you see leaks.
