But I saw a programme here, they had a Saab 9-5 where the gas and brake pedal was combined into one. The idea was that it would be quicker to react to braking if the foot didn't have to change pedal. I'm not sure how it actually worked, I think that if you pressed the pedal in a certain way, it would brake, otherwise speed. Maybe our Swedish friends can clarify? I don't quite think that I could get used to it. Johannes
