They been doing that since my 88... dealer wouldn't touch it, said it was Uv damage from the "ozone hole"... If you leave it alone long enough, it will all turn close enough to black anyway;-( I often thought about stripping all the plastic and recoating/repainting it... too much money. Sure is annoying, though!
