I know some people run their Diesel > cars on used deep fryer oil. Those cars smell like french fries, or fish'n > chips. I believe it is. I've had a look into this. [We're a bit slow in the UK ... mass-media propaganda and all that - the sooner we join out European cousins, the better ... do you want us?] ... and yes, it's essentially chip-fat/fast food oil. In Britain, it is possible to still pay "duty" to the Government and run cars on free(er) energy sources. Good work. Do Saab make a diesel? [The cogs in my brain are starting to whirrrr] ... Nah, I like high-octane, natural resource guzzling, seal-killing, turbo-whining burns :) I did used to have some serious ideals about environmental considerations ... until I bought a car :) What kind of pressure can customers put on say, Saab, to produce a dual-fuel car like Volvo have (Petrol/LPG)? Do we just need to wait? C'mon, Saab have been ahead on practically every known automobile innovation since the Model-T ... well :) Blah blah blah, Paul http://pjgh.go.dyndns.org/saab/index.html
