That's where I'm puzzled.... won't the first valve in the line (the "T" valve) hold the fluid in the hose for both jets ? If it can't drain back past the first valve, then it stays up in the section of the house for the second jet, right ? Or does it only "check" the very short 1" hose from the "T" to the jet ?
