It's the heater core. There is no control valve - air is ducted
through/round the core, but the core always has full coolant flow.
It is a real b!tch of a job. Probably the worst job you can do on a 9000
or a C900. Don't start removing dash trim - that's not how to access the
core. It's between the inner and outer bulkheads (firewalls).
Get yourself a Haynes manual, and read the procedure on Quasi's
excellent site <http://www.quasimotors.com/>.
