Stop-and go shouldn't be a problem for anything else but possibly the clutch. A gearbox in good working order should stand up to those kinds of conditions no trouble at all. So no, you shouldn't need to change the way you drive, once the gearbox is fixed that is. Let¥s hope that someone else knowing more than I do, about this, will post something. Regards, Robert
