There was a story about a Rolls that broke an axle... Rolls supposedly flew a new axle out by helicopter and repaired the damage at no cost because "a Rolls doesn't break down". On the Saab side, I've heard plenty of stories about customers getting work done as "customer goodwill". It's a known term around the Saab Dealership service area. I can post lost of stories about other makes where they definitely don't know of that term at all. Bob
