Subject: 9000 CD No Turbo Boost Pressure



My 92 9000 CD turbo has no boost pressure.  The performance is very poor
but there are no other noticeable problems except poor performance.
Idle is smooth. The dashboard turbo boot gauge hardly moves....it
doesn't even get into the "yellow" region even under full acceleration.

No noises from the engine or turbo.  I checked all electrical and vacuum
connections and they appear to be O.K.

Any suggestions?
