As explained above, 9000CS, CSE and Aero are distinct variations. I've never heard of 9000CS Aero. It could be a "dealer edition" as the term "aero" can be a generic term used to describe cars fitted with all spoilers, side skirts, etc. What you should be cautious is whether someone is trying to pass off a CS (the entry level model) as the true Aero (the top of the range one) by describing or re-badging the CS as "9000CS Aero" and selling it at the higher, Aero price. This IMO is fraudulent. Lots of people re-badged and re-trimmed their BMW 3 series into M3s but they wouldn't dare to pass off the cars as true M3s in the second hand market because the awareness of BMW details are rather high among buyers. I'm not sure if people know as much about Saab and hope no one get conned.
