Second generation DI-cassette as I understand, being the type with the lead connected via a connector. I have sprayed this connector, and the injector connectors as well without any effect. Could it be injector wear (112000 km) causing one cylinder to run a lean mixture that won't ignite under "difficult" conditions? It never happens while the engine is warming up meaning the fuel enrichment system is working. -Frode
