Eric, I have fuse 35 pulled and have the head lights and fog lights set up in Tech II so I get the following. Pos 1: Lights off Pos 2: Parking lights and small white bulb on with the key on or off. Pos 3: Normal low and high beam with key on but they go off when the key is turned off. If you want you can leave your lights in this position all the time and have DRL. It also allows you the flexibility to turn them off when you want to. I also have my fog lights set up so they work in position 2 and 3. In position three they work with both low and high beam.
