Do you think the driver could have gone through a fence at the top of the cliff? The license plate issue might not be their fault then if that had happened. The look on the guy's face was probably very similar to mine when I front-ended my 900i. I came off a lot better than the other guy though! > (We call it a license plate on this side of the pond.)
