Salutations: Nope - (I live Halifax Nova Scotia - where they come sometimes in). Assuming they were planning an ocean voyage - they would have been strapped down in the Containers.. Personally, I think was an insurance diddle based on slack car sales these days.. Sort of the corporate equivalent of the loose road flare in the trunk and full fire insurance dodge so popular in my youth.. :) .. Now if it had been a load of classic 900/9000 T's..
