Some have been very pleased with their 85s A few years ago, I had to completely strip down and rewire an 85 due to the rotting wire insulation, there were shorts/grounds starting at the taillamps and ending at the dash. It took about 20 hours of labor to completely strip out the interior, lay the new wire, test, and reassemble. No problems with that car since. If you're going to do a "restore" then if you notice any wire cracking as you're taking the car apart, just replace the entire harness. If you need one, I have a near-perfect and complete harness from an 88 900S Turbo Auto that could be had for a fair offer. GTr
