Subject: 9000 mega-low temperature

hi, now that its around -10ƒC here, i noticed a very annoying problem in my 9000T. i cant get any heat until the car has been warmed up for like 15 mins. even then its not blowing lots of hot air. the temp gauge doesnt even move to the middle. my old 9000i got warm much quicker. do i have air in the cooling system or the thermostat just broken? i read that the thermostat is at the end of the upper radiator hose, is that true ? i got the 2.0T (B202) engine, the car has ACC. do i have to bleed all the coolant to change the thermostat? where is a radiator drain plug or something like that? i read that i have to remove the spoiler or something to drain, that true? or can i just disconnect lower radiator hose, drain, refill with clean water through reservoir and repeat some times? i will go and recalibrate the ACC and try to get some air out of the reservoir with a pump, hope thats not a bad idea. bye simon
