Salutations: I was thinking something less radical personally.. But hey - to each man his own SAAB eh? The 9000 T is basically a very aggressive looking stance as far as the car sits.. Saddly, the front end and grill are kinda boring.. It's better for the early 90's with the narrow beams - but I rather there are some issues with the machine itself.. This will sound kinda nuts - but I once had all of the grill and lights off to do some work and thought at the time that an early 60's Dodge Charger type grill treatment might really look nice with a very small early GTO type blister scoop. I figure it would blow the aerodynamics a bit, but it would cool the engine bay considerably if one were to look at boosting the turbo a little more than is recommended.. This is not me or my car but have a peak here - but the grill detail and hidden head lights would look great in the front end of a SAAB.. http://www.jani-immonen.net/charger/spring_2001.htm This is also not my car - but check out the functional blister scoop on the hood.. http://UltimateGTO.com/scripts/showcar.cgi?type=show&pic=/1965/65_00003_1 I'm fairly good graphically and will probably put the thing though photoshop first to see how it looks.. And am wondering is there is anyone out there doing serious custom work on SAABS other than under the hood.. Again - daydreaming..
