I've had this problem before. There are a couple of round rubber spacers
that screw into the hatch door that are designed to fix rattling
problems. I screwed these in a little further than they were and this
fixed the leaking. One trick to determine for certain where the leak is
coming from is to climb in the hatch and have someone spray it with a hose
from the outside.
