Yes.  Not so hot in rain either, for that matter.

I'm driving on Nokian Hakkapeliitta Q's, and have been quite happy
with them on the two Saabs I've put them on.  Works for Wisconsin
winter conditions, which where I live means I don't see pavement
too many times during the winter in my area.
