Most leather conditioners are a type of mink oil; it will work fine on most types of soft leather (cases/packs, car seats... ). If the seats are soiled (coffee, dirt... ) then you'll want to use a saddle soap or a lightly soaped water solution to clean the leather before conditioning it. Using straight water to clean or "condition" can cause the leather to 'dry' and 'crackle'. Cleaning and conditioning the leather twice a year should be adequate. -- J.E.
