Only that the car will be harder to start in the cold, and run lean for the first few minutes - but if you say you're happy with the way it's starting/running, then it's not a probhlem to leave it. It would be very easy to fix - figure out whether it's the injector or the sensor, and replace the faulty part. All you need is a multimeter. -- Grunff
