I was talking about currently available new models. Alfa pulled out of the US around 1995, so it is possible that you could see some new looking ones around. Renault had a strong presence in the US in the 1980's when it bought most of American Motors Corp. (AMC) so it could have more stores from which to market its products. The cars were interesting looking, but mechanically horrible, so AMC went further down the drain. Renault officially began to vanish in the US when Chrysler bought the nearly worthless AMC to get the still valuable Jeep division. But Chrysler still marketed two Renault models (Premier and Medallion - I don't recall which Renault model numbers those models corresponded to) under the Eagle brand for a few years because that was part of the contract agreement. I believe that ended around 1992.
