Unfortunately for me, it has finally come to this day. Earlier this month the alternator went on Saab. It was replaced. Then soon after - the fuel pump. At that point I had to finally give up with expenses mounting. This is a very solid bodied car, but with a CV joint and fuel pump issues at the moment. I'd like to sell the car whole if there's a kind soul that would take Saab under their wing to bring her back to glory. If not (sniff, sniff), then there are parts available: Newly rebuilt alternator Fairly new Air Mass Meter New Ignition Module Interior is very good New HT leads This Saab has been babied with meticulous records of all oil changes, maintenance and repairs. But expenses have recently gone beyond my budget and I can't keep up. She's got 324,000 km on it and still gets under 10 litres/100 km - about 30 MPG I believe. The heater core is hot, AC is cold. Turbo has never been a problem, though I think there is some adjustment needed in the regulators. This silver Saab has a sunroof and a fine, clean interior. Some rust is appearing on the passenger, rear wheel well and under the hatch seal.
