It will have some long q-tips and some cleaning fluid. Open the door and clean everything you can reach. The most important part is the "head" or head(s) which will usually be mall, shiny, metal objects on the side that the tape is normally exposed to the unit. Get out and all dust you see in there. It's OK if there's some grease on some of the gears. As an alternative, you can use isopropyl alcohol (90%) and some other sort of q-tip. Bob
