Interesting, I have talked to two dealers and they said and gave me a brochure on the plan. Basically all the brochure says is "see your SAAB dealer for details". The dealers say that you just pick out a car on the lot and they reference the worksheet and give you the set price, its through IDS and normally you order the car but they can also take one off the lot.
