I would have to agree with most of the other posters here. I feel somewaht more confident going to the more established modifiers like Abbott or even Hirsch even though they may be pricier. I recently upgraded my MY 01 9-3SE with an Abbott ECU upgrade and intake pipe. Although the BHP was not as aggressive as that of Chip-tuning metnioned above I feel that with their years of experience my car should hold out quite well and so far, the result is nothing short of remarkable. And btw, the Abbott steering brace has done a terrific job on the notorious torque steer. With other mods, my car is currently pushing close to 270bhp and has a terrific amount of torque at the low end. There is a lot to be said for dealing with reputable and established companies.
