No. Your braking is done by the brake discs (drums on really old cars), slowly reducing wheel speed. By the time the tyre is slipping on the road, you aren't braking any more, you're sliding! The tread pattern also clears water in only one direction. Technically if you put a directional tyre on the wrong way it would attempt to clear water into the centre of the path of the tyre - not a good situation. I presume your post was comical/speculative. Don't try this. Incidentally if you have directional tyres, don't get directional for your spare. Your spare needs to be bi-directional so that it can be used on either side of the car!!
