interesting ... my saab is a 1996 ... so I think the alarm is a newer one (also I don't have a glove box - its a passenger airbag on my model, nor a disable key that I know of?) ... ... that said I tried the reset technique (turning key in drivers door to unlock 3 times in a 2sec period) ... I didn't notice it do anything (should I have seen some indication that it had reset?) ... but (touch wood) ... the problem has gone away (at least today....)
