I second that. The original heater core matrix probably has nylon sleeve/o-ring connectors that Saab has since replaced with an all-metal unit. In the States, the core wholesales for US$300, plus labour and tax. Roundtrip from an experienced tech should be 2.5 - 3 hours. I did mine in just over two hours... BM
