My mazda 1987 323 has more room then my jeep 2000 TJ sport. Infact its a far more practicle car, even if you ignore MPG. I can fit more stuff in the trunk of it then my jeep, and it also has more seeting space in the rear. I took a 3000 mile road trip with 4 people and camp gear quite comfortably in the 323. And could only fit 3 people on a simular trip (3 times more gas) with the jeep.
