Well, I took it off an finally found the culprit, a small nail. I'm off to my local tire man to get it fixed. He claims that tires should be patched on the inside instead of plugged. Since he's got a lot more experience on the track that I do, I'm going to have him patch it unless someone can tell me why I shouldn't go this route. Bob
