If you have ACC (Climate Control), bear in mind that, as far as I am aware, the A/C compressor will run *all* the time the ACC is set to "Auto", regardless of what the temperature is set to. In other words, you don't need to turn the temperature down to get the AC going - if in "Auto" mode, the AC will already be running, and the conditioned air is subsequently heated (or mixed with warm air) before being discharged into the cabin. Pressing "Econ", however, would disengage the compressor.
