Baltimore drivers are very courteous and that is all that you can say. They are incompetant and havee no snow sense at all. For days after a four inch snwfall the main roads are lined with off road vehicles. Three times in the last fifteen years I could really have used snow tires. It is just not worth the bother. I may have to reconsider since I have been travelling more frequently to my son who lives north of Toronto, Ontario. Both there and en route along Lake Ontario on the NY Thruway snow tires are a wonderful assist. Malcolm
