It happens because there's a bit of play between the sliding yolk and the piston body. As the pads grab in reverse, the yolk tilts back - clunk! As you move forward after reversing, first time you brake, the yolk tilts forward - clunk again. Whatever you do, don't worry about the clunk. -- Grunff
