Subject: Handbrake Seizes ON

I feel that i must apologize for posting this a second time but the first time did not produce any answers. So here it is again: "After three sets of rear calipers (all rebuilt) and a lot of fiddlingby a so-called brake specialis, if I try to use the hand brake to doanything more than hold on a very , very gentle grade, the rear brakesseize or lock on. I can release this by stomping on the brakes several times at about 5 to 10 MPH The brake guy trips something on or near the caliper(s). and this causes them to release only to seize again if the brake is set normally. Anybody...please.. Thanks and apologies again. Malcolm
