I'm no expert,(mechanic in here?)but it looks like your cylinder head gasket has been damaged/worn - best case. Worse case your valves are knackered, (has the car been tuned up/raced/thrashed?) and your taking in too much oil in to the combustion chambers. BOTH would explain blue smoke and increased oil consumption. First one is cheaper to fix than the other mind. I suspect given the mileage that it is the gasket.
