It all depends how it is integrated into the car; if it is tacked on plastic bits, then it will look a christmas tree. If a car is not designed for that look from the beginning, the result nearly always looks tacky IMO. The Lancia Delta is a boxy car that doesn't take this Integrale conversion very well IMO. The Lancia Stratos, on the other hand, was a real sports/rallye car with looks and everything, now they are very rare; probably rusted or driven up a tree.
