Open the hood. If the engine is still there, it's not missing ;-) Seriously, though, first check the plugs and wires. Could be bad plug. Should look different than the others. Could be a bad wire. Check with ohmmeter for proper and consistent resistance. Seems to me than an ignition module would either work or fail. "missing" indicates bad plug or wire to me. Is it worse under heavy load?
