Subject: Re: Used Car Advice

Hey Grunff, You got me thinking whether I should hang on to my '94 900S V6. I bought the car in Aug of 2001 on a whim. I knew nothing of Saabs, but my mechanic who serviced it occaisionally said it was a pretty good car. It had quite a few issues before I bought it, which the owner explained to me. eg. tranny, water pump, belt, tensioner and other sundry items. All fixed by the dealer. As it now has 215,000 kms, I pretty much drive it wondering what will go next. AC condenser is gone, as are the heated seats, cruise, and the traction control. The flipside is the engine is strong, the car still looks good, rides great, and feels solid. And what's more, I think I've become a life-long Saab guy. Should I keep this car? I know there's alot of people in this NG who can give me valuable insight. Sorry for the ramble. Thanks.
