Wey Hey! When I was thinking of dropping one of my classic 900s for a bigger/newer model, my first instinct was to go for a 9000. The CSE variants are just gorgeous with the slimmer front lights. The 9000 is a wider car than the 900 and rides like a go-cart. I did look at much newer Saabs and must confess the 9-3 didn't do as much for me as the 9-5, of which I prefer the saloon shape. It's a very stylish car and feels expensive :) The newer 900 is a no-no after a classic 900. Sure, they're okay compared to other cars on the market or similar ilk, but no comparison to the classic 900. If you love your Mum, advise the 9000 or a 9-5; otherwise advise the GM 900 (or a Volvo) and run away with the classic 900 yourself :) Paul 1989 900 Turbo S http://saab.go.dyndns.org/
