Better spend the money on necessary maintenance and negotiate some warranty for mechanical breakdown from the dealer, even if it is only for 3 months. The items in the post are not unusual at all for any car of that age and mileage, perhaps except for the radio. It is a general misunderstanding IMO that if you buy a posh secondhand car cheaply, then you can get away with cheap motoring. Only if you have the time, expertise and tools to work on the car.
