Here is the secret to that one: The original black plastic fascia stays where it is and your new wood (or carbon fiber) fascia veneer is simply glued to it. I would mention the company where I bought mine, but their customer service was lousy, so I wouldn't particularly recommend them. It is rather easy to stick on. My kit came with a wipe-on towelette type thing that prepared that dashboard for the adhesive on the back of the wood trim. Then you just peel off the release paper (it is actually plastic) and expose the sticky surface. Align the wood trim with the openings on the dashboard and firmly press it on. The hardest part is coming up with the money for the unbelievably high prices they charge for this precut stick-on stuff.
