While I see what you're saying, and I don't agree with how he runs things, I disagree with this statement. If I run a free service, but I say "Nobody with blue eyes can use this service", that is perfectly within my right. It is also within the rights of people to get pissed off about that, but if I'm payin' for the gas, I get to decide who rides on my bus.
