Subject: NG900 - how to remove seat belt top cover?

One of my rear reading lights popped off and out, and the bulb/socket assembly doesn't have enough slack in the wiring to let me reinstall...looks like I have to take off the hemispherical cover that the driver's side selt belt retracts into. (This is a 1997 SE convertible.) Anyone know how to get that thing off? I can see what looks like a bolt holding the front end of it...looks like either a philips head or a torx... thanks in advance rob
