Weldable child seats, indeed... Sorry for this, as I wrote in my earlier reply this was mainly a metafor to indicate that the mounting should be as stiff as possible. You can also compare with the recommendations at http://www.nospam/people/injury/childps/UsingItRight2002/things_to_rememb er.htm where it is recommended to compress the seat as much as possible to get a tight child seat fit. -- someguy
