It's a bigger job than it would seem. Basically, you have to unbolt and
remove the entire splash guard from the underside, and then you can get to
the bolts that hold the fog lamp in place. The wiring connectors can be a
little bit difficult to get off on a car this age. The fog lamp is removed
by lowering through the bottom. All-in-all it's about a 2-hour job if
you've never done it before.
Unfortunately, it's a sealed unit so you can't just replace the lens. You
should be able to find one for around $100 new, though.
