In the case of my wife and me: We have had Macs because of her job (Graphic Design) - until the last years or two the only real professional tool for it has been a Mac. The fact that it is a bit different is kinda cool, but if Wintel machines had got the right software and power to do the job, we would have gone that way. I do know that is not completely true for everyone, but of those that derive income from their computers directly, if they have a Mac, chances are they work in graphics, music or video. For Saabs - when we discovered we could get a station wagon to haul our stuff (wife's night job is artist so it carting stuff all over) that handled great, accelerated briskly, and was very comfortable, for less than the SUV's we were contemplating - well, the term "no brainer" came to minds. > But I'm starting to doubt myself now.
