Many more than that my friend.  With proper car SAABs routinely go >300k
miles.  Proper care is the key phrase there.  That's why I'd be concerned
that this guy can't produce any service records at least from his tenure.
Sounds to me like he was a slacker and didn't service the car regularly...

By the way a 4 year old car with 45k miles is actually on the low side.

Also, the 99 9-3's are going for around 11-12k at the dealers around these
parts.  Do your pricing homework at dealers in your area (there is no
shortage of 99 9-3's at the dealer lots) and then knock some off because
this is a private sale and the seller will not be gauranteeing anything.
