Really depends on how 'reconditioned' the engine is - this can mean anything from 'we cleaned it up and changed the plugs' to 'we took the head off, inspected, cleaned, replaced all oil seals etc. etc.'. If they're quoting £1200 for the former, then it's too much. If it's for the latter, then it's a great deal. -- Grunff
