No idea about the price, but I know a couple of people who have used them for smaller jobs with no problems. All I've done myself is buy a couple of secondhand parts straight off cars they're breaking, so all I can say about them personally is that they always seem nice and helpful. They've been there a while, and other Saab places in the area aren't afraid to recommend them for stuff they can't do themselves.
